Refund policy

We aim to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible while maintaining product integrity. Please review our policies below:

• Returns are not permitted for electronic components.
  
• Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if the following conditions are met:
  • You contact us within 14 days of placing your order.
  • The item is unused and in clean, original packaging.
  • Any security seal (if present) is intact.
    
• Orders that do not meet all criteria may still be considered but may incur a restocking fee of 10–30%, assigned at our discretion.
