Shipping policy

• All orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be canceled unless the following conditions are met:
  • A seller-protected payment method, such as PayPal or Shop Pay, is used (If Shop Pay does not confirm Seller Protection for your order it will be canceled).
    
    
• To ensure security, orders deemed potentially fraudulent or risky may be canceled at our discretion.
• Expedited shipping methods do not guarantee same-day fulfillment. If your order is time-sensitive, please call or email us for assistance.
• Estimated transit times are approximate and may not always reflect actual delivery times. If you need an item quickly, please select a shipping method that aligns with your timeline.
• Orders containing MaxxECU products may be subject to cancellation if shipping outside of Canada. (This does not apply to SCHNELL ENGINEERING branded products.)
• Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties on items shipped outside Canada.
• Declared values on international shipments cannot be modified to reflect a lower cost.
